Our offices are located in Aurora, CO and customers can contact us by phone, toll-free, for all questions about the operation of the units and their use in various clinical situations. Clinical questions are answered by  doctors on our staff. Customers can reach a live representative by phone anytime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. MST.

Repairs are sent to our manufacturing facility 10 miles away. We also offer a unique overnight replacement service for the Premier®. This means that if our ionic foot bath professional model has a manufacturer's defect during the warranty period, we will overnight a temporary unit to be used until the defective unit is repaired and returned, all at our expense. The practitioner experiences no extra expense and no downtime.
