AMD ships all orders with a retail value of $500 or more, or that contain a Pay-Per-Cleanse® package, with a signature required. Fill out this form to permanently remove the signature requirement for future deliveries of your orders. Please allow 2-3 busines days to process your request (i.e. if you place an order right now, a signature will still be required). We will contact you when your request has been completed.
