Special Announcement

The Colorado county in which AMD resides (Arapahoe) has mandated shelter in place beginning March 26th, 2020. As such, employees will be working from home until the order is lifted. A few important notes:

1. We will continue processing and shipping orders. There may be  delays, so please leave plenty of time for delivery. The mandate allows for critical business activities like this to continue unabated.
2. We have removed expedited shipping options from our website as UPS and FedEx have discontinued service guarantees. During this time, we will only be using UPS for our “standard shipping” options.
3. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. We will process and ship orders as quickly as we can.
   Please allow 3-5 days before we can ship international orders. Shipping times by the carrier will most likely be increased.
4. Our office hours during this lock down will be M-F 8am-4pm Mountain Time.
5. Since our employees are working from home, there may be longer on-hold times. Rest assured, if you leave us a message, we will return your call promptly.
6. We will still be able to repair and service your equipment. Again, please be patient as repair times will be longer than usual.

We will continue to do the best we can to serve our customers while observing the government mandates. We appreciate your patience and understanding. As I’m sure is the case with many of you, we hope to be back to “business as usual” quickly.
